Cleveland, September 27, 2022: North Coast Community Homes has named Jillian Frazier as Chief Development Officer of the Northeast Ohio non-profit organization.

“I am thrilled to announce the promotion of Jillian to Chief Development Officer” offered NCCH CEO, Chris West. “Jillian has brought so much to our team in the last two years. Her laser focus on our residents, our team, and our partners have allowed NCCH to increase collaboration and add new programs.”

Frazier joined NCCH in April 2020 as Director of Development, bringing a depth of nonprofit experience including over 13 years as the Director of Development and Community Services with Lifebanc. West acknowledged, “Her ability to establish partnerships for financial and community support will serve to help increase visibility and commitment of the North Coast Community Homes mission.”

North Coast Community Homes (NCCH) serves over 600 individuals in neighborhoods across the region. The core of the NCCH mission is to provide a stable, safe, and supportive home environment for men and women with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.

West added, “As an experienced non-profit professional with career success in development, marketing, and strategic planning, Jillian’s leadership will be of great value progressing the NCCH organization to the next level.”
