North Coast Community Homes Family,

We hope that all of you continue to stay healthy. The last quarter has been some of the most challenging times for all of us; including our residents. We continue to make the safety and well-being of our residents, employees, partners, and community a top priority.

We continually evaluate our plans addressing COVID-19 concerns and adjust, as necessary. Recently, we have implemented the next phase of our safety plan with the following actions.

  • Our office is open with 1-5 team members at a time. We have a protocol in place, implementing strict precautions as recommended by the CDC to remain healthy and avoid contact with individuals who may have been exposed to the virus.
  • Regarding home maintenance requests, our team is currently completing high priority work orders and inspecting all properties. Residents and providers have been informed. When entering a home, our team will continue to adhere to strict procedures as guided by the CDC.

During these uncertain times, we have been able to provide “Safe at Home” care kits to about 30 of our homes. These kits include items that support our resident’s mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

We remain vigilant and are committed to following the guidance of local, state, and federal government, the CDC, public health authorities, and medical experts to maintain a safe environment for our individual residents and a safe workplace for our employees.

We remain steadfast and committed to our mission. Please visit our website for the latest updates on our response to the pandemic.
