Becoming a volunteer at NCCH is a way to contribute to positive change and make an impact on the lives of the people we serve. By dedicating your time and skills, you can make a meaningful difference doing good for others and the NCCH community.
When: Quarterly | 4-8 hours
How: Deep Clean of Common Spaces/Bathrooms/Kitchen
When: As Needed
How: Helping with specific yard work depending on the season at our resident’s homes.
May include gardening, weeding, raking leaves, etc.
When: Monthly
How: Help with pick-up or delivery of donated furniture/items
Requirements: Driver’s license/car insurance, truck or vehicle large enough to transport furniture, ability to lift and move furniture with one other person

How: Support greeting and logistics to support monthly programs for NCCH Residents
When: On your own schedule
How: Write to residents in our homes, send activities for them to complete, and send handwritten birthday cards. NCCH will send out and pay for postage if you drop the items off at the office
When: First Wednesday of each month
Pickup from office between 11:00 AM – 2:00 P
How: Come to the Cleveland office and grab the bags of groceries for one or more of the homes. Drop items off to resident and support staff at given address
*Due to the nature of our volunteer opportunities, we require all volunteers to complete training and orientation. Specific volunteer opportunities may also require background checks before going into the field.
