NCCH signature service is providing options for accessibility renovations that optimize independence for a resident. Our Accessible Modifications team looks at the structure of the house from the point of the resident to ensure the home environment has the necessary supports, and accessible equipment, to maximize safety in the home.
NCCH Accessible Modifications is a Medicaid Waiver provider certified by the Ohio Department of Disabilities. Team members are CAPS Certified (Certified Aging in Place Specialist). A CAPS specialist understands the unique needs of the disability population. The NCCH team is knowledgeable about design strategies and techniques for barrier-free and supportive living spaces.
