North Coast Community Homes annual resident event at the Akron Rubber Ducks included great weather, fireworks, and seeing Josh Naylor in action.

“An evening at a Rubber Ducks game is a summer highlight for our Akron residents.” Chief Development Officer Jillian Frazier acknowledged that the mission of North Coast Community Homes is to provide quality housing and resources for the residents. “We care about everything, not just that the house environment is safe and stable, but that the residents can experience things happening in the community. Offering our residents an evening at a baseball game supports their emotional and social well-being. They get to enjoy life.”

In Akron and Summit County, North Coast Community Homes partners with Community Support Services (CSS) to offer a safe and secure housing environment, creating stability for those with severe or persistent mental health challenges, who often come from a place of homelessness.
