Ronald S. Gross has an intimate knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code and is an expert’s go-to person for Retirement Plan Technical Compliance and Planning issues. He has led numerous seminars for groups such as Ohio Society of CPA’s, Creative Pension and ASPPA. He regularly speaks to CPA firms on creative plan design. Ron was previously employed in the tax division of a national accounting firm and founded Cleveland’s ASPPA Benefits Council (ABC). Ron, his wife, Shelley, and their three children (Allison, Sammy, Erica) reside in Beachwood, Ohio. Ron’s interests include wine tasting and youth wrestling coaching. He was a three-year Miami U. trivia champ. A mentor of Ron’s once said “outread your competition”. So, he tries to read as many business books and personal growth books as he can to continually improve both the organizations he supports and himself.
