Every day we put your gift to work for people with developmental disabilities and people with severe mental illness.
Every year North Coast Community Homes does more than provide a house. We provide a real home for nearly 700 individuals with developmental disabilities, severe mental illness, and other disabilities.
There are a lot of expenses when it comes to maintaining over 220 homes for our residents. We have a special request so that we can continue making much-needed updates and maintenance to their homes. Can you help?
- Your donation of $500 can help pay for increased security and technology to protect our residents. Our residents are precious, and are also more vulnerable and more often the target of crime.
- Your donation of $250 can help with an important expense – water! Water and sewer bills at many of the homes are $200 – $250 per month.
- A donation of $100 can help us replace a broken washing machine. We put commercial washing machines in many of our homes. They get heavy use because sometimes our residents have accidents. It’s just a reality.
- Your $50 gift can help pay for emergency maintenance. The normal wear and tear that happens is significantly greater for our residents’ homes. Whether it’s a clogged toilet or a broken window, we have to respond immediately! Your gift helps us have the resources to do so.
Every single dollar you donate, whether $50, $100, or $500, goes a long way towards turning a house into a safe HOME for someone’s special son, daughter, brother, or sister. Someone who otherwise might not have the perfect place that is tailored to their needs.
Won’t you give a little something to help us give someone with a developmental disability or a severe mental illness a place they can call home?
Help us turn more houses into HOMES.
You can be confident that we’ll put your generous gift to work immediately, to help us develop more houses into homes for people with developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, and other disabilities. We are also committed to enhancing the lives of our residents by providing well-maintained housing that is customized to their specific challenges, as well as providing opportunities for engagement with the community. We believe that every individual should be able to live a life that is safe, comfortable, and full of dignity.
Thank you for helping us bring comfort, dignity, joy, and independence to more wonderful people!
